Refunds & Cancellations Policy
1. Refund Policy
At Nekuria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 5-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- All original packaging and tags must be intact and attached
- Return request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at nekuriaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely with all original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
For payments made via Cashfree, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.) and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing times.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately at nekuriaofficial@gmail.com with your order number
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- For cancelled orders, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
- Gift cards
